Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for the use of BowGen (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Users agree to these Terms when using the Service.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "The Service" refers to the entire service provided by BowGen, including the anonymous question box and AI transformation features.
- "User" refers to individuals or organizations who register and use the Service.
- "Question Submitter" refers to individuals who anonymously submit questions to a User's question box.
- "AI Transformation" refers to the feature where AI analyzes submitted questions and transforms them into constructive content.
Article 3 (Accounts)
Users must create an account to use the Service. Please keep your registration information accurate and up to date.
Users are responsible for managing their accounts. We are not liable for unauthorized use by third parties.
Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:
- Activities that violate laws or public morals
- Activities related to criminal acts
- Activities that place excessive load on the Service's servers or network
- Activities that interfere with the operation of the Service
- Activities that collect or accumulate other users' personal information
- Attempting unauthorized access
- Any other activities deemed inappropriate by us
Article 5 (AI Processing)
The Service processes submitted questions using AI to transform them into constructive content. AI transformation results are for reference only, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.
We may use external AI services (such as OpenAI) for AI processing. In such cases, question content is sent to the AI service, but no personally identifiable information is included.
Article 6 (Fees and Payment)
The Service offers a free plan and a paid plan (Pro). Fees and payment methods for the paid plan are as displayed within the Service.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment-related issues are resolved according to Stripe's terms of service.
The paid plan is billed monthly ($5/month), charged immediately upon subscription. Due to the nature of digital services, fees once charged are non-refundable. If you cancel, you may continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
We do not warrant, either expressly or implicitly, that the Service is free from defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
Except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on our part, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Service.
Article 8 (Changes to Terms)
We may change these Terms at any time without notice to users if deemed necessary. The revised Terms shall become effective upon being displayed on the Service.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our head office location.
